• Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure gateways.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary based on location and customization requirements.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• Showroom Pickup: Available for local customers at:
   Shop No. 3, Bayabai Shopping Centre, Opp. Sheetal Nagar, Virar West, Maharashtra – 401303.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Unused, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within [X] days for store credit/exchange.

• Customized or sale items are non-refundable.
